TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Ragedom AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. THE SERVICE

Ragedom AI provides an AI-powered conversational roleplay platform for professional training purposes. The AI characters are entirely fictional constructs. The Service is operated by OSQOM GROUP, developed by Softomatics, and designed by The Design Agency.

The Service is intended for professional training use by adults (18+) and is not a substitute for professional psychological, legal, or medical advice.

3. ACCOUNTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Business subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as agreed at purchase.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that harasses, threatens, or targets real, identifiable individuals.
  • Produce content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal under applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models.
  • Circumvent any access controls or security measures.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend access for violations of this policy without prior notice.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and AI models, are owned by OSQOM GROUP or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Conversation transcripts and session analytics generated during your use remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver and improve the Service.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSQOM GROUP AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OSQOM GROUP, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece. Consumer users within the EU retain the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
